PorchLight offers employees a comprehensive benefits package. Here are the details:
- Employees are eligible if they work 20 hours per week and are covered the first of the month following date of hire.
- PTO is accrued at up to 20 days per year for full time employees
- We observe 11 holidays (including one floating holiday)
- We offer 100% premium coverage for employees only for Medical, Dental, EAP, Vision, Life, and LTD
- The Medical plan is a Kaiser PPO (you can use both the HMO and PPO options to maximize coverage options)
- Delta Dental – 2 preventative visits and a $1500/yr benefit
- VSP Vision – eye exam and lenses or contacts, generous allowance towards frames
- Life and ADD – $12,000
- LTD – to age 65
