In-Kind Giving Meals, essentials, and clothing that make stability possible.

In-kind giving to PorchLight includes meals, clothing, hygiene products, household necessities, and gift cards. This generosity is essential to our continued care and support of the men we serve.

Donate a Meal

donate food

We serve three meals a day, 365 days a year to approximately 100 men. Donated meals bring comfort, build community, and ensure no one goes hungry.

How it works:

  • All meals must be scheduled in advance — we cannot accept unscheduled food donations.
  • Choose lunch or dinner and reserve a date.
  • We provide plates, napkins, and utensils; you’re welcome to include extras like fruit, salad, beverages, or desserts.

All donations must follow health department and preparation guidelines to be accepted at PorchLight.

Founded in 1993, PorchLight is a nonprofit organization helping unhoused men in East King County regain stability through safe shelter and comprehensive support that addresses health, housing, and self-sufficiency.

PorchLight recognizes that the ground we stand on is the traditional territory of the Coast Salish peoples. We honor their past and present connection to this land and are grateful for their stewardship, which continues to inspire our work creating spaces of safety, belonging, and renewal.
