At PorchLight, every role matters. Each position plays a part in helping men move from homelessness to stable living. Our team leads with compassion, respect, and a strong sense of community. We believe our work makes a difference and that meaningful work changes lives, including our own.

Why PorchLight?

Our mission is to partner with men and the community to create a path from homelessness to stable living.

It takes people with different skills, backgrounds and experiences to make that happen. The work can be challenging. Progress can take time. But there are also moments when you see exactly why it matters: a new job, a housing application approved, a set of apartment keys, or someone beginning to see a path forward.

Those moments belong to the entire team.
