2025 Outreach Impact
PorchLight’s Outreach Program meets men experiencing homelessness where they are—parks, libraries, bus stops, and sidewalks across East King County. For many, it’s their first connection to services and the first time someone sees them without judgment. Our Outreach Team builds trust, offers immediate resources, and helps each person take their next step toward stability.
We work closely with city partners, first responders, and community members to identify individuals in need and respond with compassion, not red tape.
Through outreach, men can access:
- Same-day shelter, meals, and hygiene services
- Referrals to mental health care, substance use treatment, and medical support
- Help with ID, transportation, and job readiness
- Pathways to housing and long-term stability

Our outreach efforts are stronger because of our partnerships—with city departments, emergency services, local businesses, and neighbors like you. Together, we’re building a more informed, more compassionate response to homelessness in East King County.
