Financials Public Disclosure Requirements
Nonprofit organizations recognized under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code are required to file an annual information return with the IRS—most commonly Form 990, Form 990-EZ, or Form 990-PF, depending on the organization’s size and structure. These filings provide a detailed overview of the organization’s financial activity, leadership, mission-driven programs, and how charitable funds are used throughout the year.
Under federal law, these returns are considered public documents. The IRS requires all tax-exempt organizations to make their most recent Form 990 filings available for public inspection upon request. This includes any related schedules and supporting documentation submitted as part of the return. Many nonprofits also choose to publish these forms directly on their websites to support open access.
Public access to Form 990 documents plays an important role in promoting transparency, accountability, and trust within the nonprofit sector. Donors, community members, and regulatory agencies rely on these disclosures to better understand an organization’s operations, financial stewardship, and commitment to its mission.
Our organization complies fully with these IRS requirements. We provide access to our Form 990 filings so that supporters and the public can clearly see how resources are managed and how contributions help advance our work.
If you have questions about our Form 990 filings or would like additional information, please contact us—we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of openness and integrity.
Earlier financial statements and 990
forms are available upon request.
