Executive Director
Troy Christensen serves as Executive Director of PorchLight, bringing more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience across the central Puget Sound region. His work reflects a sustained commitment to equity, strong public partnerships, and solutions that improve outcomes for people experiencing homelessness. Troy brings deep expertise in nonprofit finance, organizational leadership, and systems-level strategy that support both program effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
At PorchLight, Troy provides steady organizational leadership that balances mission, accountability, and growth. He works closely with staff, the Board of Directors, government partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen programs, expand partnerships, and advance fundraising efforts. Under his leadership, PorchLight continues to refine services and infrastructure to meet changing needs while remaining focused on pathways to stability.
