The Next Step
Emre came to CFH in 2015, after moving to Seattle from New York to pursue a tech job. Although he was able to gain employment, he soon became homeless when he wasn’t able to make enough to pay rent, and he didn’t have any support systems in the area.
At CFH, Emre was able to work closely with our case managers, who taught him budgeting, got him much needed dental treatment, and helped him to gain more stable employment.
Within a year, Emre was able to move into his own apartment, and he has continued to thrive with the continued support of occasional case management from CFH.
Now, Emre is moving back to New York to reconnect with his family and to start a much more promising job that aligns better with his career goals. We wish Emre the best of luck in his future.
