Jon had been homeless for several years, and at age 66, he was in need of both shelter and urgent medical care. He stayed at CFH while undergoing treatments for skin cancer. Here, Jon was able to focus on his health and work with case managers to plan for his next steps. Through our connections with housing agencies, we were able to secure him a place in a senior apartment north of the area.
After settling into his new home, Jon sent the staff a card with this thank you message. We are so excited for Jon and wish him all of the best for the future.
